Villa Erba: A UNIQUE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY IN AN EXCLUSIVE SETTING

From the 8th of October through the 11th, 100 buyers coming from 30 countries worldwide, will come to Villa Erba, a very special location for an intense week-end of business and leisure, in which they will have the opportunity to meet international producers and distributors who will sign up for the occasion.

The buyers who will be present at Villa Erba have been invited on the basis of explicit indications given by the sellers. Buyers will be hosted in the best hotels near Villa Erba, and we have negotiated special rates in the same hotels for sellers who want to sign up (see attached form).

In the evocative setting of Villa Erba , on the shores of Lake Como, buyers and sellers will have at their disposal:

•  Specifically equipped areas to favour one-to-one meetings

•  Sofisticated business lounges with full comforts and facilities

•  A full videolibrary of the most recent worldwide film production, with individual video facilities.

The Villa Erba complex includes a modern congress and exhibition center, as well as the historical villa (the childhood residence of the great director Luchino Visconti), and a splendid park.

Days will be divided between business and entertainment, and organized evenings on Lake Como will offer pleasant occasions to meet and get to know each other in a relaxing and extremely charming venue.

The initiative, under the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and the Ministry of Industry, is also supported by local institutions: the Province and the Como City Council, the Como Chamber of Commerce and Cernobbio City Council.
